BiographyOur staff brings many years of valuable service and expertise to our clients and to the marketplace. Raymond W. Mortara, President Mr. Mortara is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison, N.J. with a major in Management and Finance, He is a licensed Life and Health Consultant with the State of Virginia and a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Mr. Mortara is active in the community and is a deacon in the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Roanoke, Va. Mr. Mortara has worked in the consulting and insurance field for the last eight years. His prior experience includes a career With a Fortune 500 Corporation in the areas of financial analysis, strategic pricing, employee benefits and marketing. Mr. Mortara's experience includes professional consultant responsibilities with a consulting firm in Southwest Virginia with extensive knowledge in the establishment of managed care, PPO, and cost containment plan designs, as well as alternative funding design. Mr. Mortara has provided consultant services to numerous large accounts in Virginia and North Carolina over the last eight years and has demonstrated his expertise in the area of financial analysis, benefit design, network establishment, funding and self-insurance risk analysis.
